TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance of Terms by using Deus Menu, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using Deus.

If you are directly affiliated with Rockstar Games, Inc. or its parent company Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., you are not permitted to utilize our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Deus Menu at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement or violation of any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of Deus Menu after any modifications shall consent to such changes.

The access keys provided by our service are strictly for individual use. Each key is personal and non-transferable. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your license and access to our services.

Please note that our services are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied. We do not warrant or represent that our services will be error-free, or uninterrupted. We do not offer any form of compensation or refunds, whether monetary or otherwise, for any issues, damages, or losses incurred through the use of our services. It is your responsibility to assess the risks associated with using our services and to take appropriate precautions to protect yourself.

We want to make it clear that we are not liable for any suspensions, penalties, or consequences imposed on your accout while using our services. This includes but is not limited to any actions taken by Rockstar Games. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that any repercussions resulting from cheating or violations of the game's Terms of Service are your sole responsibility.

Although Deus Menu is a mod menu, we want to emphasize that we do not condone or support the use of cheats in GTA Online. Our mod menu is designed to enhance the gaming experience within the boundaries set by the game developers and should not be used to exploit or disrupt the fair play of others. We encourage all users to uphold the integrity of the game and to contribute to a positive and enjoyable gaming environment for the GTA Online community.

DEFINITIONS:

"We" as in the Developers of Deus Menu.
"Our" pertains to any property owned by Developers of Deus Menu.
"License" refers to a personal and non-transferable key provided by Deus Developers, often referred to as a Deus Key, granting authorized access to our services.
"Our services" encompass any software developed by us or service rendered by us. This includes but is not limited to, access to our web server.

Purchases, Licensing, and Upgrades

Deus license keys are digital products sold and delivered electronically following successful payment processing.

Upon completion of a purchase, customers will receive a license key granting access to Deus features associated with that purchased tier. Deus Keys are automatically delivered upon a successful purchase, via our payment success page as well as sent to the email that customers entered during Stripe checkout.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Because Deus license keys are digital products that are delivered immediately after payment, refunds are generally not provided once a license key has been issued or an existing license key has been upgraded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate. Deus is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Tier upgrades modify the features and permissions associated with an existing license key. Upgrade purchases do not result in the issuance of a new license key. The existing key will instead be updated to reflect the newly purchased tier.

Any attempt to obtain our products or services through fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or other deceptive practices may result in immediate suspension or termination of the associated license key and Deus Account without refund.

Deus reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, suspend license keys, or revoke access where fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms of Service are suspected.

Prices, products, features, and tiers may be modified, discontinued, or updated at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect license keys that have already been validly purchased unless otherwise required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Deus does not collect or store any information related to payment, such as name, card information, or any other method of payment used to purchase license keys. Only email addresses entered during Stripe checkout are collected and stored for the sole purposes of delivering license keys and order references.

Deus Account:

Access to a Deus account is granted by your license key, and as such can be revoked if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or if your key is suspended.

Your account information is soley your responsibility. You are expected to enter the correct email address when creating your Deus account. No member of staff will be able to assist you if you misinput your information.

Account sharing is not allowed. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and will lead to the immediate termination of your account and access to Deus Menu.

Beware of account phishing. Deus staff will never ask for your password.

Rules of Use:

Do not use Deus Menu to advertise or promote any external products, services, or websites. This includes spamming, solicitation, or any form of unauthorized marketing.

Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Do not engage in extreme toxicity, harassment, hate speech, or any form of behavior that may harm or offend others. Treat fellow community members with kindness and respect.

Do not impersonate other users, staff members, or any other individuals. Be truthful and transparent in your interactions within the community.

Do not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with Deus Menu or any associated software. Any unauthorized modifications to our services are strictly prohibited.

If you encounter any bugs, issues, or vulnerabilities while using Deus Menu, we encourage you to report them responsibly to our support team. Do not exploit or publicly disclose such issues without prior consent.

Ensure that your use of Deus Menu complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

If you are a member of our Discord server, you are required to comply with the rules and guidelines set forth in the server. Breaking these rules may result in warnings, temporary or permanent removal from the server, or other appropriate actions as determined by our staff. Participation in our Discord server is a privilege granted to members who adhere to the server rules and maintain a positive and respectful attitude. We reserve the right to revoke this privilege at any time, without prior notice or explanation, for individuals who violate the rules, engage in misconduct, or disrupt the community environment.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent suspension of access to Deus Menu. We reserve the right to enforce these rules at our discretion and take appropriate actions to maintain a positive and enjoyable community environment.
